TRYOUT TESTING

Tryouts will ONLY be on:

Tuesday 9/10
Wednesday 9/11*
Thursday 9/12

* Please note this is a change in the original schedule.

Tryout Testing will take place starting Sept. 10th

Only students who completed the application will receive an email on September 6th with all tryout testing information including dates and locations for each event.

Students MUST have a ride home and must make sure their ride is at school on time for pick up by 4:30 p.m.

Students only need to attend the sessions they are interested in trying out for and can be picked up earlier than 4:30 depending on schedule.

INTEREST MEETING

Here is a link to the slides that were shared at the Information Meeting .

Students do not need to complete anything prior to the interest meeting. We will go through the application information and how to tryout for the different events.

Students interested in participating in Science Olympiad should attend the Interest Meeting on:

Tuesday, September 3rd, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

in the Cafetorium AFTER the all-call.

Students MUST provide their own transportation home as buses will have already run for the day. Only students should be attending the interest meeting. Parents can pick up their students in the carpool lane at 4:30 pm.

Remember, students not picked up on time from school events will not be permitted to participate in future after-school activities.

Any student who is unable to attend needs to email Mrs. Masterson PRIOR to the meeting on September 3rd.

2025 RULES

The 2025 rule books will come out on September 3rd. Students should familiarize themselves with the rules for the events they are trying out for, prior to the tryout dates.

Regional NC Events for 2025

TRYOUT RESULTS

Team members will be announced no later than September 16th. Students will need to check their student emails for information about if they made the team or not. First team meeting will be September 24th.

Students must commit to both the Regional and State Tournament dates that are listed below:
