About Mrs. Leech

Welcome to MMS! This is my second year at Martin and I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing team of educators. I taught Kindergarten and 1st grade for several years before pursuing a Masters in Counseling from Wake Forest University. I truly enjoy the quirky energy that middle school students bring to the table and love making connections with them and their families.

I have been married to my husband for 11 years and we have two children who keep us on our toes! Our son is starting Kindergarten this year, and our daughter is entering 4th grade. In my spare time I enjoy trying new local restaurants, gardening, and playing Uno with the kids.

Counselors are available to meet with students individually to address specific needs regarding social/emotional support and academic assistance.
