Light, Sound, & Scenery Design

This class is an advanced techical theatre course. Students must have taken Tech 1 as a bare minimum. At the end of their 6th or 7th grade year, students may apply to join the class for the following school year. 

Students in this course are tasked with working on all theatre productions at LMS (plays, concerts, etc). Most work will be done in class, but there will be oppurtunities for students to run tech for productions after school and on the weekends. 

Tech theatre requires the use of power tools, ladders, paint and other building materials. Students are expected to complete any safety training use all materials as intended. 

Grading will be based on in class projects, as well as tasks assigned that have to do with an upcoming performance.
