Welcome to 7th Grade! I'm your School Counselor, Mrs. Lewis.

About Me:

I'm so excited to join Ligon Magnet Middle School. I'm a lifelong educator - I have been in the classroom and in student services for the past 15 years. I have found a wonderful home with our Ligon Blues - I'm so excited to see what the school year has in store for all of us!

I'm a wife, a mom to 3 fantastic kiddos & 1 Saint Bernadoodle! I love a great Star Wars or Marvel Convo!

I received my Bachelor's of Science in History from Appalachian State University. My Masters of Arts in Education - Counseling degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

504 plans - 7th Grade

Students with active 504 plans will have a scheduled annual review this school year. Parents / Guardians will receive an email from Mrs. Lewis to schedule their students annual review. Please note: most annual reviews will be scheduled during 7th grade team planning period (mornings). If your family needs another option for scheduling - please let Mrs. Lewis know.
