In second grade, we use a curriculum called EL Education. For this curriculum, we teach reading fiction texts, reading informational texts, grammar, writing narratives, writing opinions, writing informational texts, and speaking and listening. The curriculum is taught in 4 modules, each containing 3 units of study.Â
