FFA is a dynamic youth organization within agricultural education that changes lives and prepares students for premier leadership, personal growth and career success. FFA was created in 1928 as the Future Farmers of America; the name was changed in 1988 to the National FFA Organization to represent the growing diversity of agriculture. FFA members include future veterinarians, scientists, lawyers, teachers, and beyond.

The Green Level FFA Chapter strives to mobilize and educate members in agriculture through providing personal development opportunities, sharing agricultural knowledge, and encouraging equity and inclusion among members.

Participating in the FFA provides the opportunities for leadership development, personal growth, and the developing of career skills. Members can compete in various career related competitions to develop skills and earn awards.
