What are CDE's and LDE's?
In FFA, members get the opportunity to compete in Career Development Events (CDE) and Leadership Development Events (LDE). CDE's allow for members to work in teams to develop skills in a wide number of fields, not only providing experience in the different agricultural fields, but also honing in on communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. LDE's give members the chance to practice public speaking, time management, and personal leadership skills.
If you have any questions about CDEs or LDEs, please contact our Vice President Grace Norman-Decker (ganorman-decker@students.wcpss.net)!
