Mrs. Simms-Thompson

Hi! My name is Mrs. Simms-Thompson. I am so thrilled to be your kindergarten teacher this year!

I have been with FVES since 2018. My previous teaching experience was at St. Augustine's University in Raleigh, NC. In addition to my bachelor's degree in banking and finance and my master's degree in e-business, I am pursuing a certification in elementary education. I enjoy making learning fun for others. When I am not teaching, I coach gymnastics and enjoy spending time with my three beautiful children during my off time.

I have always enjoyed working with children and fostering a caring and loving environment in which children can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

I am looking forward to this year. It's going to be great!
