Letterland is a research-based phonics and reading system. Each letter, digraph, and blend has a character, story, and song to teach young children phonetic principles and decoding skills. It increases their vocabulary and phonemic awareness too! Letterland is a structured, daily part of our kindergarten routine, and we are sure you will hear all about the characters and sounds at home.

You will have access to the Letterland online software at home! Log into your student's Wake ID and click on the Letterland button in their portal. If you click the above button, it will take you to the Letterland parent website where there are many resources and apps for you to purchase.
