1.1 Compare and contrast notational systems

Section 2.2 in TestOut covered information from ITF+ "Compare and contrast notational systems". I found out that converting binary, hexadecimal, and decimal numbers is not difficult, just different. Creating the table on the left helped to remind me of the values of each of the different notational systems. While learning about Data Representation, I learned that the ASCII encoding system encodes text into machine language binary. It was also interesting to me that the Unicode system expanded the character sets available and includes emojis.
