During this session we will walk participants through the steps of downloading student data from the SOAR rosters. We will provide examples of data questions you can consider asking of your student data (e.g. How well are students enrolled in the virtual academy performing compared to those on Plan B? or "How many of my current 9th graders received a "D" or "F" this quarter?")

This session will present an overview of college enrollment rates for WCPSS graduates over the past decade, including subgroup comparisons with national data. An in-depth look at the Class of 2013 will show enrollment, persistence, and degree completion rates by gender and race/ethnicity, as well as the top 10 colleges and universities attended by WCPSS graduates and the most popular majors at each institution.
