Thinglink - Students can create an interactive guide to a function. Their work can be embedded into their portfolio where they can showcase and reflect on the assignment.

Thinglink allows users to insert an image and then add tags to desired locations within the image. Tags can include text or external links to videos or websites.

Geogebra easily embeds into a Google Site. Applets that students use for reflection or create for themselves can be included in a digital portfolio.

This applet was used in student portfolios so that students could have a visual beside their description of absolute value equations.

Google Slides

Geometric Modeling Tasks - Students worked with a series of Geometric Modeling Tasks from sources like Illustrative Mathematics.

Using Google Slides the students were able to organize their work into a presentation.

Desmos and Slides

Polynomial Project Presentation - Students used Desmos to create a rollercoaster. Their rollercoaster was graphed with a piecewise function that included a linear, quadratic, cubic, and quartic piece.

Students found the key features of the piecewise function and of each polynomial piece.

Google slides allows students to embed video and break up large assignments into smaller manageable pieces.
