We are excited to have dance back at Conn! Our dancers have been working diligently on quarter 1 projects. We are excited to perform our pieces during in class performances and showcase nights.

2nd: During class, students have been training in foundational ballet and jazz. Students focus on placement, discipline and choreographic principals. They will be illuminating the stage with a jazz dance at Showcase night.

3^rd and 4th: Dancers have been celebrating Hispanic Heritage month by learning about Hispanic dances from various countries. From Folklorico to Salsa, students have made vibrant creations and fun cultural dances our studio.

5th: Dancers have been studying dance styles in ballet and lyrical. Using a foundational focus on discipline, dance etiquette, strength, focus, and flexibility, dancers have been rehearsing Pieces of Gold tribute piece to honor a former teacher.
