To become a prospective member, all you need to do is to attend practice. There are no auditions or tryouts. If you're not sure which event you'd like to do, come to as many practices as you like before you decide. Click on the "When to Practice" link under "Students" at the top of the site to see the practice schedule and locations.

Once you find an event you really like, attend those practices regularly until you feel ready to compete at your first tournament. You are considered a full-fledged member after competing at two tournaments.
