Literacy Coach and Intervention Teacher
Hello gator families!
This is my third year at Alston Ridge Elementary School and my first year as a Literacy Coach. YAY! I have over 14 years of teaching experience in Pre-K, kindergarten, and second grade. I'm originally from Jacksonville, FL. I attended Florida A&M University and graduated with my B.S. in Elementary Education. I moved to Atlanta, GA after graduation and found my prince charming. We got married in September 2011 and moved to Baton Rouge, LA. In 2012, I graduated from GCU with my M.ed. in Special Education. In 2016, I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana with my M.ed. in Educational Leadership. In November 2016, we moved to Saraland, AL and I started working on my National Board teaching certification. In June 2020, we moved to Holly Springs, NC. I'm beyond blessed to be a boy mom to Karl, lll, Kevin and Kenneth.
