Hi Gators!

 I am from Durham and love calling NC home. I've been teaching for 15+ years and love helping students grow in knowledge and confidence! I am a proud Alston Ridge Gator since 2020. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Literacy.

I enjoy learning about new cultures and places.  I've had the wonderful opportunity to teach in Bolivia for 5 years and live in Costa Rica for a year. When I am not teaching or traveling, I like to watercolor, cook, and spend time outdoors.
