Hi Fellow Gators!
This will begin my eighth year as part of the Alston Ridge Family. I have spent most of this time with some of our littlest gators teaching first grade, and have recently transitioned into an intervention position, which I also love!
I'm originally from the Outer Banks, and, at heart, a beach girl. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in English. A few years later I decided to follow my heart into the teaching profession. In addition to my love of teaching, I have a passion for taking pictures and have a small photography business on the side. When I'm not teaching or editing photos, I spend my free time hiking with my lab, Ranger, gardening and reading.
