I grew up in northern California: Sacramento, Stockton, and the Bay Area. When I was around 10 years old, I moved to the Philippines and lived there for 9 ½ years - such a long time! I lived in a small town called Dumaguete City. I loved it there!

I am so excited to be entering a new role this school year as the Autism and Behavior Support Teacher. Prior to this, I have been a CCR teacher at Alston Ridge Elementary since 2019 and a special education teacher at the high school & elementary level in California for 3 years. 

I love to explore new places and would love any suggestions you may have - places to visit, restaurants, anything! When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family  (yes, my two doggos are part of my family), and reading books.
