Hello!  I am so excited to be your counselor!  I have been a counselor for 9 years, working both in schools and in clinical settings.  Middle school is where my heart is!  I am passionate about helping students meet their potential by providing academic, social, and emotional support.  I work with students individually, in small groups, and in classrooms.  I am a big believer in the transformative power that a meaningful and authentic relationship can hold.  I strive to build those relationships with as many students as possible.  It is truly my honor to work with you!

I am a proud North Carolina native.  I was born and raised in the Triangle, lived in Chicago for 11 years, but found my way back home.  I am a product of WCPSS and obtained my undergraduate degree from NC State University (GO WOLFPACK!).  I obtained my Master's in School Counseling from DePaul University.  I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). 

My husband and I have three beautiful daughters.  A few of my favorite things include sunshine, ice cream, sporting events, Zumba, and deep conversations.
