A parent or teacher can submit a nomination for any LRMS student at any time throughout the year by using this form: https://forms.gle/pvWr4WbZrFhvXupD9

In order for a nomination to be considered for fall testing please submit by Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and to be considered for Spring testing the form needs to be submitted by Monday, December 2, 2024.
