Meet Mrs. O' Sullivan

My name is Kyra O'Sullivan, and the 2025-26 school marks my 26th year in education. I am originally from New Jersey where I taught second grade for fifteen years. When my family moved to North Carolina, I began teaching first grade.  Second graders hold a special place in my heart and I am thrilled to be back in the grade where I started my career. It is a time when confidence and independence grow to new heights!

I have three amazing children, two  in college and one in high school!     My husband and I are their biggest fans on and off the field and in all of their endeavors. Our family has a new puppy named Archie who keeps us on our toes! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling to new places, especially the beach.
