Hello! My name is Romella Simmons and I am so excited to be your child’s Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. My goal is to provide your child with instruction that is culturally relevant, challenging, and engaging. I have twenty-one years of teaching experience, having worked with students from Pre-K-Eighth Grade. This is my third year teaching at Cedar Fork Elementary.
My family and I are originally from Charleston, South Carolina, but have lived in North Carolina for ten years now. I have four children and two grandchildren. We love having movie nights and family game nights (competitive UNO family). We also love exploring the various outdoor parks around Wake County.
