Personnel Costs:  Administrative Team, Unfunded Mandates (Nuisance Complaints, Infectious Disease Investigations, Animal Bite Investigations), 

Memberships include Association of Ohio Health Commissioners, and Public Health Accreditation Board.

Remittance to State is the portion of the Birth and Death Certificate fee that is collected on behalf of the State and remitted quarterly, and the Burial Permit Fee that is collected on behalf of the Ohio Division of Real Estate and paid monthly.

Contract Service covers the cost of regular audits, postage, and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.

Supplies include gasoline for the department vehicles, as well as routine office supplies like paper, pens, paper clips, etc.
