How to turn on subtitles on YouTube
On the video playback screen:
Click on the button that says "CC" until there is a red line under it. This means the captions/subtitles are turned on.
Click on the settings wheel (next to the "CC" button), then click on "English".
Click on "Auto-translate".
On the list of languages, choose the language you'd like the subtitles in.
Play the video.
