Go to helpdesk.wccusd.net
Step 3
This is the main page for the Helpdesk Center.
To put in a Helpdesk request, click on Sign in (upper, right-hand corner)- your name will replace Sign in.
Click on Submit a request.
Fill in the form with as much information as possible.
Add attachments if you have them.
Click on Submit
