You must submit your completed contract (Senior/orange and Junior/blue) to purchase your prom ticket. Contracts located outside D101 and at student services.

You may purchase tickets at the cashier's window with cash, *check, or card during school operating hours. (Please see below for restrictions.)**

$90 Dec 12 - Jan 10

$95 Jan 13 - Feb 13

$100 Feb 14 - Mar 13

$105 Mar 16 - April 3

$110 April 13 - April 17 (week after Spring Break)

$120 April 20 - April 21 (last week)

$130 April 22 (LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS)

*make checks payable to "El Cerrito HS" in the memo write "prom" with you student name and ID#.

GUESTS OF A JUNIOR OR SENIOR

An ECHS Junior or Senior may bring up to TWO guests.

Guests may be an ECHS Sophomore or anyone outside of ECHS that are between the ages of high school sophomore through 20 years of age.

Each guest will need a yellow guest pass (available December 16 outside D101 and student services) filled out by the host's (junior/senior) parent/guardian, the administrator of their school, as well as one of our administrators

Prom tickets for guests will begin selling on January 6.

Guests may not purchase a ticket alone; the junior/senior host must be present and must already have a ticket purchased.

You may NOT purchase a ticket if you still owe a book fine.

You will not be given entry to prom if you owe book fines by the time of the event.

Return all books to Ms. Langarica or

clear all book fines at the cashier's
