June 1st: 10am - 1pm ---> Last Names: A - L

June 2nd:

12 - 1PM: Last NamES M - P

1 - 2PM: Last NamES Q - T

2 - 2:30PM: Last NamES U - Z

2:30 - 3pm: make up for Last NamES a - l

Greetings Class of 2020! I am so excited to finally share graduation information with all of you. This will be a historical event. Although we do have to follow various parameters, I know that we will make this a spectacular event.

REQUIREMENTS

Seniors will show up according to the alpha schedule above.
EVERYONE MUST WEAR FACE MASKS AND STAY IN THE CAR AT ALL TIMES.
BRING YOUR ID'S PLEASE!!! It will allow us to check you in without needing to get too close. You will be given a name card for your stage announcement and official graduation photo.
We will have staff members at driveways and along the path to ensure that there is only one car per graduate with only 3 other members in the car (no convertibles), for a max total of 4 people per car. You may be asked to leave if these are not followed.
Seniors must wear their caps, gowns and face mask to the graduation event. If you have NOT picked up your cap and gown, please contact Ollano via Remind ASAP!!!!

Students who do not have access to a vehicle need to email Ms. Crespo at pcrespo@wccusd.net.

We will work out a plan with each family to meet our guidelines.

Route

Cars with graduates will enter the campus by turning RIGHT into the upper staff lot gate on Eureka. (NO LEFTS will be allowed into the gate).
The line will extend from Eureka onto Ashbury toward Stockton (7-11).
Cars will drive down the back fire lane and round the corner at auto shop. Then continue through the gates between the art building and gym and into the quad.
Once graduates enter the staging area in front of the A building, they will wait in their cars until an ECHS staff member calls them toward the stage. GRADUATES SHOULD SIT ON THE PASSENGER (BACK OR FRONT) SIDE OF THE CAR.
Graduates will give their name card to the announcer, get their diploma cover, cross the stage, and have their official graduation photo taken.
After the grad walks the stage, the graduate will go down the stairs and return to their family waiting in their car to celebrate.

ROUTE OVERVIEW

Please come as early as possible!

The Route will be strictly enforced.

LINE CUTTING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

1. line up

Line up will begin on Eureka Avenue and extend on Ashbury Avenue toward 7-11.

You will NOT be able to enter the line up by turning right onto Eureka if the line extends onto Ashbury.

2. ENTER CAMPUS

You will enter the campus on Eureka Avenue by TURNING RIGHT into the entrance gates.

You will NOT be able to enter the line up by turning left into the gate or by jumping in line from Pomona Avenue.

3. STAGING AREA

Line up will continue into the quad through the large gates.

4. walking the stage

1. Grads will be asked to step out of the car WITH their name card to hand to the announcer.

2. Families will move up along with their grad while in line.

3. Families will move in front of the stage as their Grad is announced and take a photo.

4. Families will then move toward the exit gates while Grad walks off stage for the next Grad and family to move up.

5. Grad will take official photo and return to their car.

6. Grad and family will drive toward Ashbury Avenue and turn LEFT to exit.

WOOOOHOOOO!!! YOU'RE GRADUATED!!!
