Ms. Wright's students chose a mental health issue they felt was relevant to teens in their school right now during virtual learning and the COVID-19 pandemic to research. They also studied existing Mental Health PSA's to evaluate effective communication techniques. Salisbury's acting Mayor Julia Glanz visited them virtually to give a presentation on Mental Health locally and do an open Q&A Session! Then, they used what they learned to create an informational resource that could be distributed to those in need. We are so proud of the effort and passion these students displayed in their projects! Please see the shared Google folder to access all of the projects!
