My name is Coach Nolen, and I'm super excited to enter my seventh year of teaching and coach my season season of cross country at Peirce! I've previously coached cross country/track at:

Peirce MS Track
I'm thrilled to coach at Peirce, as it's always been a goal. I hope my knowledge and experience from years of running and coaching can be valuable to both new and experienced runners.
We're going to have a fun (and FAST) season!

I will send out weekly emails during the season. Parents and guardians, please fill out this Emergency Contact Form. There is a space on this form to add additional email addresses to the distribution list. Athletes will be added to a Schoology Group.
For schedules, meet-day reminders, and updates, please join:
Spond App: Hendytrackxc (code: ZQIOS) and Peirce XC (code: MYGVG). For athletes with watches: Strava App (club name: Peirce MS Cross Country - Nolen).
Parents/Guardians will need to complete BOTH the Google Form above AND the FamilyID online paperwork. Athletes will need a recent physical on file (after June 1st). Please upload this information to FamilyID or take a picture of the completed physical and upload it to FamilyID. The form can be found on this website, in the Forms/Links section, or on the PMS Website. The first official practice is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 1st!

Coach Kelly at Henderson High School is running a one-week cross country camp in August (August 10th - August 14th from 7:00 - 9:30 AM). If you use the discount code PMS, you will get 15% off registration.
If you are also interested in running with the Henderson High School Team, Coach Kelly is inviting you to attend practices on Tuesday and Friday Mornings during the summer (I also work out at Henderson these mornings).
I would like runners to read through the Training & Workouts page on this website. Learning from the high schoolers is great, but there has to be a balance.
