Schoology provides powerful tools for creating assignments, assessments, test/quizzes, and discussion posts, all with the ability to tag standards and sync grades directly to PowerSchool. These features support consistency in grading and provide students with clear feedback aligned to standards.
Below, you’ll find guides, tutorials, and reference materials to help you set up and manage your courses in Schoology. Please take time at the beginning of the year to verify that your Schoology settings are correct and your gradebook is mapped properly to PowerSchool. Doing so will help ensure a smooth start and accuracy throughout the year.
Be sure to configure your gradebook with the correct standards-based settings so scores display as intended. The PTPro gradebook does not automatically sync with Schoology. For each course, you will need to set up your categories and map your Schoology gradebook to your PTPro gradebook. Once this is complete, it is set for the year!

Requests to create or delete a course or group can be submitted through the WCASD eForms, which are accessible via My Apps.
