Best for: Device troubleshooting, printer issues, classroom technology setup, and minor hardware repairs.
When to Contact: Start here for most tech-related problems. If the issue is beyond their scope, they will escalate it to the District Help Desk.
How to Contact: Email during school hours or stop by their office during their scheduled hours at your building

When to Contact: If your issue involves login credentials, district platforms (e.g., PowerSchool, email), or cannot be resolved at the building level.
