CUPS FOR CECE
Cecelia Monroe is a long-time Valley Light Home volunteer. She spends half of year working a Valley Light Home, an orphanage in Maai-Mahiu, Kenya, and the other half a the year working to support herself in her time in Kenya. As a community and school, we would love to bless Cece with a cash donation to go towards her time in Kenya.
The homecoming decoration was created to encourage the children and workers at Valley Light Home. We are hoping to let them know that their brothers and sisters in Christ from Huntsville, Alabama, love and support them. Help us encourage Cece and the children of Valley Light with a $3 donation to send Cece home.

I am so overwhelmed by the zeal and passion from all the teachers and students! Words can’t begin to express how much gratitude and love I feel in my heart for you all! Seriously only our Great and Loving God can put that passion and giving in our hearts.

Looking forward to coming back to Westminster and sharing more of God’s heart for VLH kids. Those kiddos are the world to me and I love having any opportunity to talk about them! And knowing I have so much support from all of you in helping me return to VLH makes my heart sore, cheesy but true!
Cece Monroe came and talked to the Upper School on Wednesday during assembly. Cece work with Valley Light Home in Mai Mahiu, Kenya. WCA partnered with Valley Light in order to encourage their kingdom work in Africa. During the assembly, Cece shared about her call for missions, the purpose of the orphanage, and the culture of Kenya.
