Supporting Professional Learning
Professional Learning Communities (PLC)
Grade levels and departments meet weekly to discuss the four questions of the PLC model within each of their units.
What Learning Targets are our students going to learn?
How will we know if our students are learning the target (what assessment will we give)?
How will we respond if they did not master the learning target?
How will we respond if they already mastered the learning target?
