Zoom

• The first time you log in to Zoom, do that with Google. Then every time you change your password it will update for this too, so no need to remember a password.

• There is a whiteboard option and you can share your screen with students - could do this on tablet too - easier than with mouse.

• Can record the meeting - they have changed the 40 minute time limit due to e-learning needs at this time. Could put that into Google Drive and then add to Converge or Google Classroom.

• Can change background showing too. (Bottom left - as long as you are signed in.

• Post on Google Classroom, for instance, I am meeting with 5th period at noon....

• Enable waiting room - suggest that you check that box.
