In order to access the cumulative grade and/or post a grade, you must first locate the Grades Total Expansion arrow on the left side of the grade book. Click this expansion. You should now be able to see the cumulative grade for each student. IF posting grades has been turned on, you should see POST in red as an option at the top of the grades. Click POST in order to post the grades. You will need to choose midTerm Grade as the option. Please note that THESE GRADES WILL NOT SAVE UNTIL YOU CHOOSE SAVE. After you save, you will not see the posted grade to the left of the cumulative column. Since it is a midTerm grade, you will need to locate the Task option across the menu bar at the top. Choose midTerm Grade in order to make sure your grades posted correctly. To return to the gradebook for the term - choose term grade as the task from the top. If you need to make changes, you can repost with the same instructions as long as the posting window is open. Any changes required after the posting window closes will need to be communicated to Ms. Bridgman or Ms. Miller. You can click the Grades Total Expansion arrow again to collapse the cumulative scores or you can leave them expanded.
