Hello! I am the music teacher at Walker Early Learning Center. I'm excited every year to teach your child about music. I believe that all children can play, create, listen and move to music. We will be developing skills and learn to appreciate many varieties of music. I love to give the students the opportunity to experiment with music activities such as: singing, playing instrument, creating music, listening and moving to music. These are all components of the National Standards for Music Education and the Kentucky Department of Education.

I will also be having physical movement classes. We will spend more time on moving, focusing on age appropriate motor skills, fitness, the social behavior that respects theirselves and others.
