Current Registrants

• Please use this link to complete the Wayland Community Pool waiver.

• This waiver is necessary for swimmers to participate in the program and enter the pool.

Program Information

• The program meets for 10 Wednesdays between February break and Memorial day (specific schedule released year-to-year).

• The program takes place at the Wayland Community Pool, adjacent to Wayland High School.

• Swimmers will be bussed from the elementary schools and middle school to the pool after school and then bussed home after the program.

• Swimmers generally are in the water from roughly 2.45 to 3.15 and then depart the pool for Boston between 3.45 and 4.

• Swimmers should bring each Wednesday the following:

  • bathing suit

  • towel

  • dry clothes (if not the clothes they wore to school)

  • goggles (we have some goggles available but we prefer for swimmers to bring their own)

  • plastic bag for wet clothes

  • swim cap (optional)

Registration Information

• Registration for this year's Water Warriors session will close by the end of January. 

• Registration generally opens just before or just after December break.

• The registration link and information will be circulated to elementary and middle school METCO families via email and/or flyers.
