Each week, I will list an activity or two for at home technology class. All activities will work on your child's iPad. If you are having trouble accessing the activity, please do not hesitate to contact me. beth_ann_crozier@waylandps.org
Kids recommended Ergonomics Video - With the transition into enrichment learning, you may find your child on a device more frequently. Please take a few minutes to watch the kids ergonomics video so ensure your child's workspace is set up for their safety.

At home this week, you will watch the Follow the Digital Trail video. Then you will add your safe, responsible internet activity to the class Padlet. If you still have time at the end, then keep practicing keyboarding with Typetastic.

At home this week, you will rewatch the a digital citizenship video and add your ideas to a class Padlet on being a safe digital citizen. When you are done, go back and finish the Seesaw assignment we were working on in class. If you still have time at the end, then practicing keyboarding with Typetastic. This week it's Cupcake Bugs.

Seesaw Help - Adding pictures/work to Seesaw
Would your child like to share pictures or work with their teachers in Seesaw? Here are directions students can follow to add pictures or work to their Seesaw portfolio that does not come from an activity they were assigned in Seesaw.

Week of June 15th and June 22nd
Hi Second Graders! I cannot believe this is our last full week of school. We have another beautiful week of weather ahead of us. The specialists have organized a fun bingo challenge. You will find a mix of activities from art, library, music, PE and technology. Can you complete all of the squares? That's called a blackout bingo.
I will also post this activity in Seesaw if you'd like to cross off the items online and submit your board when you are ready.

It's going to be a beautiful week! Let's practice one of our LARK ideas - taking a break from technology!! Yes, this week I am sharing a neighborhood scavenger hunt. Get outside in your yard or in your neighborhood. I will also post this activity in Seesaw if you'd like to cross off the items online and submit your board when you are ready.

Click on INTERNET SAFETY to get to the video.
Click the PLAY arrow. If you are asked to login, here is the login information:

2. After you watch the video - Go to Seesaw (log in information was emailed to your parent):
Type your text code or Scan Code
Open Activity (Click the Light Bulb)
Listen to the directions and then click on "Add Response"
Submit √ when you are finished; Save as Draft if you need more time to complete
