Beginning with the upcoming 2021-2022 school year all parents/guardians will be required to upload a current proof of residence as part of the registration process. One of the following will meet the requirement:

  • Current electric, gas or water bill

  • Fulton County Auditor property detail

  • Signed lease/rental agreement

  • Monthly mortgage statement

This submission must be a picture or scan of the actual current bill, not the envelope. Account number and financial data may be redacted. This documentation will reside in your FinalForms account.

If you are unable to provide one of the above documents please contact the school office to schedule an appointment. This appointment will require the homeowner or lessee you reside with to be present with you and provide a driver’s license and a copy of his/her proof of residency as listed above.

No student will be considered enrolled until the FinalForms registration process and proof of residence upload is complete.
