OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open Enrollment is for students who live outside of the Wauseon School District who wish to enroll and attend Wauseon Exempted Village Schools. Open Enrollment opens on April 15th of each school year and closes on June 1st. You must reapply every school year. All decisions regarding Open Enrollment are made after June 1st via the email provided on your Open Enrollment application. Upon completion of the Open Enrollment application, you must complete FinalForms Registration and upload your Proof of Residency. Proof of Residency needs to be in the name/address of the residential custodial parent/legal guardian.
Acceptable Proof of Residency can be the following:
-Current electric, gas or water bill
-County Auditor property detail
-Signed lease/rental agreement
-Monthly mortgage statement
