The goal of physical education is to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity while displaying Gospel values.
Physical Education Priority Standards 1st-5th Grade
1-Demonstrate competency in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns.
2-Applies knowledge of strategies, principles, tactics, and concepts related to movement and performance.

B.EL.1a-Moves with strength, control, balance, coordination, locomotion, and endurance. (Purpose and Coordination)
B.EL.1b-Moves with strength, control, balance, coordination, locomotion, and endurance. (Balance and Strength)
B.EL.2-Exhibits eye-hand coordination, strength, control, and object manipulation.
Class Attire
K3-3rd Grade: Athletic style shoes that students can run in, and shorts under uniform skirts/jumpers.
4th-8th Grade: Plain shirt in white, grey, red, or blue, athletic style shoes, and athletic shorts or sweatpants.
