Students who plan to play a Fall sport must complete the following:

Sign up for your sport by August 14
Complete all Athletics consent forms and submit your current Health physical form in Magnus Health
Complete the ImPACT Baseline Test (must be valid within the last 2 years)
Receive clearance to practice at the Sports Medicine Registration table on August 24
Try out for your sport during Fall Preseason August 24 - September 2
Attend our mandatory Athletics meeting on Back-to-School-Day, September 2.
