The Human Development course is a 20 week class for students in the eighth grade, and consists of approximately 93 classes. Our youth today face so many challenges and decisions at a time when they are growing and changing so rapidly. The main goal of this program is to stress the development of responsibility for individual decisions regarding one’s own sexuality. The course is designed to provide students with accurate and up-to-date information, but also to supplement – not replace– the family teaching about human sexuality.

Human Development is taught for twenty weeks to eighth grade students.
