In 2016 the Watertown Public Schools undertook a master planning process with the assistance of Symmes Maini & McKee Associates (SMMA). A Steering Committee was created and an Educational Leadership team. This page provides information on the work of those groups as well as a copy of the Master Plan. Also included is a copy of an earlier study, completed in 2014, by Oudens Ello Architecture, titled Preliminary Qualitative Evaluation Document. Also on this page are documents related to other major district projects, including the window replacement at the Middle School.

*****Per the Superintendent's newsletter, it is recommended that all members of the Steering Committee obtain and read the book
The Third Teacher: 79 Ways You Can Use Design to Transform Teaching and Learning.
The important ideas within this book will be referenced and explored at upcoming Steering Committee meetings. This book is highly recommended for anyone interested in this topic.
