COST OF STUDENT DEVICE PROTECTION PROGRAM
Device Protection Program Cost For Students Grades 5-12 (2026-2027 SY):
Chromebook Protection cost: $20.00 to be paid annually. ⧫ Maximum Protection Plan cost for family living together $60.00 per year.
Payments will be made through MySchoolBucks.com beginning August 10, 2026 and ending on
October 23, 2026.
Notes:
Families participating in the free and reduced lunch program will automatically have their fees waived, but must still enroll in the WPS Device Protection Program. Families experiencing economic hardships who do not qualify for the free and reduced lunch program should contact their student’s school principal.
Enrollment for WPS Device Protection will run from August 10 through October 23, 2026.
Please be on the lookout later this summer for further information.

Families who do not take part in the Student Device Protection Program are subject to the following costs for these repairs.
