Strand 6 is an Opt-IN unit. A form MUST be completed and signed by a parent in order for students to receive this instruction. A physical copy of the consent form must be turned in. You may download the form below, but please note that there must be an option selected and a signature for instruction to happen. No assessment will be given for this unit.
