The SCK LAUNCH Workplace Ethics Certificate recognizes high school seniors who demonstrate the skills, experiences, and habits that contribute to success in the workplace and reflect the qualities of The Ideal Graduate.
Students earn the certificate by demonstrating career readiness through accomplishments that may include career pathway completion, work experience, leadership, service, advanced coursework, career-connected experiences, and other indicators of preparedness.
The certificate provides students with a valuable way to demonstrate to employers that they have developed the knowledge, skills, experiences, and workplace habits needed to successfully enter the workforce.
Participation in the Workplace Ethics Certificate is voluntary and completed during the senior year.
Students are responsible for completing the application and providing all required documentation. Seniors should follow the application process established by Warren County Public Schools.
