Warren County Public Schools is committed to preparing every student with the knowledge, skills, and personal attributes needed for success in school, the workplace, and life.

Workplace ethics and essential skills are not taught through a single course or program. They are intentionally developed throughout a student's WCPS experience, beginning with foundational skills in the earliest years and growing through authentic career and workplace experiences in middle and high school.

Through classroom instruction, Leader in Me, career exploration, career pathways, student leadership organizations, work-based learning, and partnerships with local employers and community organizations, students have ongoing opportunities to learn, practice, apply, and demonstrate the skills necessary for future success.
