Every product in our warehouse is 20 mil wear layer or thicker. The wear layer is the protective top coat on LVT and it is the single most important spec when buying flooring for real use conditions. A 20 mil wear layer handles heavy residential and commercial traffic reliably and is the minimum spec that contractors and property managers actually trust. We do not stock anything thinner and we never will.
