Every product in our warehouse is 20 mil wear layer or thicker. The wear layer is the protective top coat on LVP and it is the single most important spec when buying flooring for real use conditions. A 20 mil wear layer handles heavy residential and commercial traffic reliably and is the minimum spec that contractors and property managers actually trust. We do not stock anything thinner and we never will.
We refer vetted installers who work for you, not us. No referral fees, no commission on upsells, no in-house crews with inflated labor rates. One of our owners spent ten years as a flooring installer and knows every angle in the business. The installer we send you is working for you.

Yes. We stock multiple American made SPC lines including our AR, AA, and SU Series starting at $1.99 per square foot. In November 2025, WarehouseDirect.US visited the manufacturing facility producing our American-made SPC flooring and reviewed quality assurance procedures, raw material intake processes, wear-layer testing standards, production-line consistency and shipping / logistics operations.
On a 1,200 square foot flip at $1.69 per square foot, your total material cost runs approximately $2,028. Most flippers buying the same 20 mil spec at local retail are paying two to three times that. See the current side-by-side comparison at the Kentucky LVP Price Index.Â
Same-day pickup at 163 Old Todds Rd means your installer does not wait and your carrying costs do not run over a flooring delay. No minimum order. Everything your installer needs including underlayment, transitions, stair nosing, and quarter round is in stock in the same building.
For the full breakdown on why 20 mil is the right spec for a flip and what the per-project savings look like across multiple deals, see our LVP Flooring for House Flippers and Investors page.
